Who We Are
EYPUK is a non-partisan and independent educational charity (no. 102943). We interact with young people around UK & EU political issues, providing young people with a platform to express their political opinions while building new skills, confidence, and friendships in the process. Each year, we run 14 regional debating competitions and two national sessions with participants from across the UK. You can find out more about how those events run via the How We Work page. We also run a series of EurVoice events, encouraging young people from state schools to take an interest in European issues, improving their skills in discussion and debate. EYPUK also links up with the wider EYP community for international events, from Dublin to Dubrovnik!
The European Youth Parliament United Kingdom (EYPUK) is the UK's National Committee of its umbrella organisation, the European Youth Parliament (EYP). Thousands of young people are actively involved as volunteers all over Europe, making the EYP a genuinely youth-driven programme – run by young people, for young people. The entire network, made up of more than 30,000 young people, organises around 500 events every year. You can find out more about our umbrella organisation at the European Youth Parliament website.
